Christian-based Resources
Reimagining the Examen — by Loyola Press. A free, easy-to-use app that guides you through customizable daily reflections based on St. Ignatius’ Prayer of Examen, helping you prayerfully review your day and grow closer to God.
GriefShare: A Christ-Centered Grief Support Program - GriefShare is a 13-week support group designed to help individuals navigate the pain of losing a loved one. Each session includes a 30-minute video featuring expert insights on grief, followed by group discussions and personal reflection using a workbook. The program provides a safe, welcoming space for participants to connect with others who understand their journey. Offered both in-person and online, GriefShare is hosted by local churches and is open to anyone experiencing loss.
Cancer Companions: Faith-Based Support for Those Affected by Cancer - Cancer Companions offers Christ-centered support to individuals impacted by cancer. Their services include weekly connections with trained Cancer Prayer Partners, Christian Bible study groups, and a variety of devotional materials. Designed to reduce anxiety and depression, these resources aim to enhance the emotional and spiritual well-being of cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers. All services are provided at no cost and are available both online and in-person through participating churches.
